Anyone who wishes to get married can use this website. If only you have completed 18 years you’ll be allowed to log in and use the Aalaya.lk website. You or any 3rd party will be able to use the website for you.

This is an open place where everyone can believe to be real people and you’ll be able to get results soon , if you can be respectable and be concerned and friendly with the other party while you chat.

We have the authority to block your account completely if we get complaints about you continuously and proved to be true when these complaints are considered . You’ll have to agree to all these conditions and approve to create an account on the Aalaya.lk website. If you disagree you won’t be able to use this service.

You agree to adhere to these conditions and if not you are not allowed to use Aalaya.lk services.

By uploading content to the website, you are completely responsible to certify that you will obey all the laws and regulations relevant to such content and an agreement with a 3rd party or privacy or data protection rights won’t be violated.

Details uploaded or provided by you have to be exact and Aalaya.lk website will  observe every time you update the information. You’ll have to make sure that the information provided is true and correct. If you fail to do so you won’t be able to activate the account.

Aalaya.lk or AVENO Systems (Pvt) Ltd will not bear any responsibility or support any kind of a fraud through money or any other way, stationary and movable transactions or any kind of a relationship of a 3rd party selected by you for an affair or a marriage through this website. Aalaya.lk or AVENO Systems (Pvt) Ltd will not mediate or take any responsibility to any legal action or any kind of a private need as we are not bound to take the responsibility of a legal issue or any kind of a fraud done against Sri Lankan law. This clearly states that you who maintain the account have to bear your every responsibility.

Common details provided by the users can be seen by the registrars and subscribers. These details will be used by the registrars and subscribers on selection and matching purpose.

Please bear in mind that any detail will be a common detail that you unveil to the users of our website. Be careful when you decide to share your private details through the internet.

We will not release any private details of yours like, mobile number, email address, photos to a 3rd party without your consent. Our company will not take any responsibility if another party has distributed tour details taken from your profile through the internet with or without your knowledge.  

We have the right to reveal your private details, when we believe it is needed, to protect our rights or/and when there is a court action, court order or legal action on our website/application, as needed by the law.

We provide this service just to select a suitable partner for you or your child. Therefore, you who maintain the account have to take the responsibility when discussing with the person selected by you to be loyal and understanding to avoid the inconvenience for you or the other person.

How Do I Become a Member?

We're glad you want to join! Click on “Register”, follow instructions for a few steps to go forward. To complete the registration, you’ll have to have a valid email address and a telephone number.

Why Do I Need to Enter My Phone Number?

Don’t worry, it’s a simple authentication step which gives an additional protection layer. We want to make sure all our users are genuine so that you can always have a real person at the other end of the line. Of course, we will never publish your phone number on your profile or share it in any other way. If you wish to, you can allow only selected individuals from users who check your profile to see those number/s.

 I Forgot My Password. What Do I Do?

Enter your email address, select "Forgot your password?" and click on it. Follow the instructions in the login page.

 How Do I Log Out?

You can exit it by clicking on the "Logout" at the end of your profile dashboard tools. You will be able to access your profile again by entering your email address and password when you need it.

 Profile & Photo

How Do I Edit My Profile?

Go to your profile dashboard and click on “My Advertisement” at the bottom and your ad will appear at the top. You can edit your current profile at any time by tapping on Edit and following the given steps. Within 12 hours after you edit all your information there, aalaya.lk our administrators will check all the edits you add and allow it to be used again.

How Can I Add or Replace a Profile Photo?

Go to your profile dashboard and click on “My Advertisement” at the bottom and your ad will appear at the top. You can replace your current profile picture at any time by clicking on Edit. Be sure to install a genuine photo every time you edit. After that within the next 12 hours aalaya.lk our admins will check all the photos you add and give permission for reuse.

 How Many Photos Can I Add to My Aalaya.Lk Profile?

You have the ability to replace up to 4 photos in your profile. Each photo should be less than 2MB.

 What Kind of Photo Can I Add?

It must be an image that reflects your identity and allows you to show us who you are. And keep in mind that we do not want to show violence, nudity, or other obscene material. Details of photographs that are permitted for use are given in the photo upload location.

 What Photo Formats Are Allowed?

You can upload your photo as GIF, JPG or PNG.

 How Can I Personalize My Profile?

It also has the ability to hide the ad from public search so that your ad will only be visible to the profiles you are sending requests to.

 How Do I Hide My Ads?

Go to your profile dashboard and click on the “My Advertisement” section below and then click the “Hide” button to make your ad invisible to anyone. Only people you like will be able to view your profile.

 How Long Does My Ad Last?

After selecting your package, the ad will be live on the website for 90 days from the moment the ad is approved.

When Will I Be Able to Renew My Ad?

You can renew your ad from7 days before it expires. After renewing the ad, you will have the opportunity to keep the account active again for a period of 90 days from the expiration date.

How Do I Delete My Ads?

You can exit this service by going to your profile tool dashboard and clicking on the “My Advertisement” section below and then clicking the Delete button. But you will not be able to get a refund. Please note that you will not be allowed to view your profile or check your account again. Please bear in mind that if you want to check your account again you’ll have to make a payment again and activate a new account using a new email address and a new telephone number.

Messages

How Do I Send Someone a Message?

Go to your messages and find the person you want to talk to. Type your message in the text box and click on the paper icon.

How Do I Know I Have a New Message?

If you have a new message, you will see a red dot on your message screen envelope. Clicking on that location will take you to your profile dashboard. This will allow you to view the messages you receive separately.

 How Can I See Received Interests Me?

You can find a partner who has an interest in you, in the Received Interests list in your profile dashboard.

Those Who Have Accepted My Interest

After clicking the Accept button in your profile dashboard, you will be able to find those people who have accepted your interest invitation.

Someone Has Rejected My Interest

You can check if your wish has been rejected by pressing the rejected button in your profile dashboard. Sorry! If a user rejects you, there is no way to reconnect with him or her. The main reason for this is that you or he may be a mismatch to you. Otherwise, you are more likely to be rejected by unnecessary pressure and interference. If so, we kindly inform you that we Aalaya.lk administrators do not have the right to take any action on your behalf.

Payments

What Is The Payment Method For My Ad?

You can pay online using Paypal and your credit / debit card. In addition, payments can be made through bank deposits.

Is My Payment Secure?

Aalaya.lk uses fully secured partners to process your payments. We never see your payment details, and when you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or phone number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) and we never store it in our database. No, we will not be able to access it after processing is complete.

They are encrypted and safely set to standard levels.

What Is My Security (CVC/CID/CCV) Code?

This is usually the last 3 digits on the back of your card (not embossed). Sometimes, the code is on the front of your card. This ensures that you have your card and that it is you. This is another way we guarantee that your payment is secure.

 Is It Possible To Get a Refund?

Sorry, this service is not available, but you can remove the ad before your ad expires, but you will never be able to get a refund.

How Can I Change My Email Address?

You will not be able to edit your e-mail address or add a new email address in your profile.

How Do I Change the Language?

If you want to change the interface language, please go to Settings (Gear Icon) across your profile and tap on "Application Language" in the languages and select Sinhala or English.

How Do I Change My Password?

Open the settings (gear icon) in the dashboard of your profile, select the profile and account, then "Password". You will need to enter your current password to change it. If you forgot your password please click on “Forgot Password” instead and follow the instructions.
